Our standard workshop is a 2-hour minimum session, available in both in-person and virtual formats to best accommodate your audience and environment.

Each workshop is customized to reflect the client’s specific goals, focus areas, and learner needs. In addition to hands-on instruction, participants receive access to relevant local resources and curated tools to support continued learning and practice beyond the session.
